I read this twice, three times, to soak in the images. Beautifully stated, at the end I am seeing Rick and Ilsa parting at the airport, surrounded by the fog, Rick telling Ilsa she would regret it if she stayed - "Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but soon and for the rest of your life."
So, somehow in your sparse, simple words, you made that whole movie replay for me. Must find the DVD in this mess and watch it again this weekend.
OK, I really like this one. A lot. You may not have been able to tell that though.
