Anxiety Free

I have to share the news

If your sitting there, with the blues

suffer no longer my friend

there's a way for this thing to end

It's working for me, have to say

I've found my way out the grey

After suffering more than a year

I now see things crystal clear

Charles Linden is a guy

Who, for reasons why

he does not know, suffered so

for most of his life so it seems

but now he's achieved his dreams

by finding a cure and sharing

because he's not selfish but caring

So please, suffer no more

go knocking on Charles's door

he'll show you the way, the light

What he says and his method is right

It makes total sense, and it works

gets rid of fear where it lurks

Trust me, I know, I've been there

I want you to know that I care

How would if feel to be free

a new world, waiting to see

feeling better than you have all your life

relieving worry from your husband or wife

you've nothing to loose and all to gain

Do not continue to stand in the rain

Step into the sun and let it glow

I liked the energy of this. Revelation, hope, and new focus came forth in your writing. Anxiety is real. Those who disagree and think it is fake, are fortunate to have never experienced a full blown panic attack. When it happens, someone usually has to explain to you what just happened. That's how real they are. Sleep cycle inconsistencies, pain, major life pattern disruptions... the perfect mix. A person can only handle what their own limits can handle and everybody is different. I just accepted me as me and most of mine left after I stopped trying to get the old me back. The new me is what I have. That's all that matters now.

Fantastic I'm glad you found a way to get through it, I still struggle even though this poem is very uplifting - I think it will always be a part of me now but at least I know what I have to do to combat it -thank you for getting it, not everyone does :(

I like this poem! :) You used reality and mixed it into a poem that flows really well and is creative!

Thanks so much - it's very tiring following the linden method as you have to keep your mind occupied/distracted constantly so as not to have any mind space - it does work though, just have to persevere - he knows what he's talking about though :)
