Football on a Saturday night!!!

Football on a Saturday night now doesn't that just suck

I had to stop myself from swearing, I'm all out of luck

All settled down to watch xfactor bowl of crisps and drink

but then my boy comes down and says I've to hae a wee rethink

Just cos he can't get it on his massive tv

he comes down here, takes over and to hell wi me

I wouldn't mind but I'm watching Scotland getting beat

all along I knew it would be a sore defeat

So I just go on Writer's Café writing about my woes

And how the contestant got on the night no-one in here knows

and I'm the only one who cares that's right only me

I wanted to see louis bands and especially Honey G

Now I don't mind football Celtic I've seen play

but no on a Saturday night, normally during the day

So I resign myself to my fate and the game I see

and all I can think of as I watch thank God for catch up TV
