Why do you pour cold water on all of my dreams

Why do you always diss my ideas and my themes

does it make you feel good to make me feel so small

does it make you feel better for me to have nothing at all

Just sit there, nod and agree

don't dare have an opinion no, not me

Why would I ever hope to have one thing

or have a friend make my phone ring

no hopes, no dreams is that what you would like

okay but it's doing nothing for my psyche

Is that the only way we can get along

for me to always be in the wrong

why, I don't understand is that fair do you think?

life goes by so fast in the space of a blink

and I've to waste mine sitting here doing f**k all

why would I want that why why at all??

'Why'
KT-B,
Times of lowness, of self doubt or the periods when questions come, this is natural to us. Life and relationships can be multi faceted and so complex even toxic. This above writing reminds me of the inner question which come when something is not good or something needs to change. What to do or should it. Anyway I get the feeling in this one. Nothing stays the same if that makes sense.
