Under the Stars

It was amazing

being held so tight

against your beating heart

so full of love and awesome strength

blending into my skin and my soul tonight.

The stars above twinkled down in a bright display

of light and a magical sense of being there just for me.

I will sleep like the very essence of you was made to make me melt.
