Michelle's Resolve

Michelle's Resolve

A Poem by Michael Leon Wilson
"

- Dedicated to Michelle

"
Silently cutting all her heart strings,
so he could play with them no longer, through every stroke of agony that was cast upon her,
Twas followed by an icy chill that made you quiver,
all your flames kept in your eyes,
to deceive the only one that could prevent you from cutting ties,
internal emotional suicide.

Hi Michael - I like the metaphor of cutting heart strings - I can visualize that - not a pretty sight. Nicely done!
