Maybe ADHD

Maybe ADHD

A Poem by Michael Leon Wilson

Today is the day
I open my my eyes awake
From my slumber of sorrow
For tomorrow I will borrow
Every drop of juice from the fabric of my youth
I refuse to go on, this way as I have
For so long
I'll be strong, I won't break
No mistakes, no forgiveness
Live fast die young, yours to witness
My bones will blacken, skin burn to ashes
Lungs collapse and my heart beat smashin
Beneath my breast, my chest filled with smoke
I won't be laid to rest,
This is just a test
I'll do my best
I'll live to the fullest, no regard
For the tombstone that lingers above me
You can bury me, six foot deep
Covering the grave in concrete,
But observe an unholy feat
As I awaken, breakin through From beneath
Spittin acid through my teeth
For all those who oppress me, watch carefully
For you are angering , a strange being
Who may stop your breathing,
Stop mistreating, before your heart stops beating
And your blood begins flowing with no chance of atoning
I'm off topic brain where are you going?

About
I'm sick with frantic rhymes that can be dark, morbid , scary sensual or just plain strange. What makes me different is I write about anything, with no filter. more..
