A poem for my grandmother.

"

She was

The silent

 

 

Type of

Sadness

 

 

Honest

In her

Discontent

 

 

She said

 

 

I don’t

Have a

Daughter

 

 

I never did

 

 

And although

I am

Her

Grandchild

 

 

With her

Silent

 

 

Type of

Love

 

 

She was

The kindest

Mother

I had ever

 

 

Known

 

 

The only
