in the beginningA Chapter by KESHUPHumanity was declining. They desperately searched for alternative planets to create a second chance for the grand species. In 2060, they noticed the Vulxi entering their solar system. They were overjoyed to witness signs of life other than on Earth. Some say this was the most important event in history! The authorities tried to send communication signals. However, the repeated attempts to message the Vulxi had failed. And in 2061, just a month before the new year, the Vulxi began leaving to a new planet, Rekna. Scientists couldn't explain how this alien race was able to travel at such high speeds, because only four years later, the Vulxi had first started to colonise Rekna. So, the first generation on the new planet had begun. Wasting no time, mankind began building travel ships. Created to leave our solar system completely, in hopes of reaching Rekna. As it was predicted that by 2170 all life on earth would be no more. And despite natures resistance in the past, the damage done by humans was unchangeable. In 2070 the first ship was launched, it contained 90,000 people. They had managed to recreate the natural cycle of life, burying the deceased and growing them into recyclable crops. They survived on this system alone, for 66 years. In 2136, the ship landed on Rekna. Hearing the news, Earth sent out a second ship in 2139. This contained 30,000 people. While on Rekna, people built pods; small civilisations that allow life to survive on this new land. Isolated from the elements of Rekna's surface. However, a few was sent out in search of the Vulxi. And in 2141, the Vulxi had been discovered again. Taking a few into captivity for studies and recreation. In 2144 the second ship, sent out to Rekna, malfunctioned. They had no choice but to head back to Earth. Unfortunately, they were unable to make that retreat. Tragically drifting through space, until it exploded in 2145. In 2146 artificial life was released on Rekna! As limitations to surviving on land decreased. And finally, in 2147, science had paved way for a new way of life involving the Vulxi. The selected few were no longer bound to their old forms. They were given human-like bodies. With few physical adjustments to tell the difference between the two species. These colonies were released across Rekna. Their variants matched with their habitats; this concludes of four groups. For now, only limited to names of the north, south, east and west. "For a few months I have been selected to move these creatures to their new locations. Things were... eventful, I must point out. The first Vulxi I had been chosen to work with were the Northern Vulxi. They... were very aggressive, many fights broke out in the back of my vehicle. We had, one death, it was a very traumatic experience for me. His eyes had been ripped our of their sockets completely... They refused to eat the corpse when I asked, so we had a very putrid smell for about half the journey. I couldn't open the door to take the body out, as they had completely broken out of their confinements. Which I understand now, lead to the tragedy. It was just too risky to take that chance, of removing the corpse" - Anonymous. "Yes, I loved working with the Southerners, I'm actually kind of disappointed that the movement ended. They were so very intelligent, clean and polite! They understood all my instructions... they sang most of the journey. When they sang, it was like therapy! My depression completely ended... just a few days in the travel. Their songs are, unforgettable to say the least. Though when I'm told they often use their songs for harm now, personally I refuse to believe it. I know we can co-exist. This truly is the future of Rekna. If only we take the time to fully understand each other" - Stallen Rokt.
