My Best Friend was Finally Found (funny version)

I had just gotten home from school; it was probably one of the hardest days. My backpack was filled with homework that I really didn't feel like doing, so I just thought to myself and said,

"Hey, my parents airn't here, I'll just call one of my friends."

Whew, I called she picked up the phone and we taled all day. When my parents came home they asked,

"Did you do your homework?"

Well, I didn't know what to say to them. Well they asked again,

" Did you do your homework?"

I was in shock so I said,

"I had so much, and I didn't do it all."

My parents were disappointed in me. I felt ashamed of myself for not doing what I was told.

So after the guilt, I decided just to do my homework and try to get some of it out of the way. But I don't think it changed anything but my grade. Oh well...I guess that I was going to have to do what I was told to from now on.

It wasn't long till I was back on the tracks to slacking off. This time I did the same thing...I called that same friend and talked to her. During our conversation, I saw two puppies on the side of my yard. Once i had noticed them I told my friend to hold on. So I set the phone down and said,

"Come here puppy."

But I just scared them away.

So I got back on the phone with my friend and told her what happened...she said it was because I was ugly. I was shocked but it was funny. But I still had to do my homework before my parents got home.
