The Big Question (Chapter Nine)

The Big Question- Chapter Nine

 

     We walk in through the giant door and see the man in the red cloak at the  end of a 10 foot table. Nyx leads me to a seat at the other side of the table. The man has a look of disapointment  on his face yet still is smiling. I sit down in the chair that Nyx pulls out for me. I say,"Thank you." Then I sit down. Nyx smiles and backs away, then leaves the room. We eat dinner then I ask him questions like,

 

"Where am I?"

 

Then he answers,"You are in a place of darkness, do you remember the spell I said to you?"

 

Then I respond,"I think so. I believe it was,'In darkness she wakes, this offering she takes, to open the gates of hell'. Right?"

 

"Thats right. And you just answered your own question."

 

I think for alittle while then look up at the man and say,"I'm in Hell. Then who are you, if I may ask?"

 

"You may, I am..."
