Nicola

Nicola

A Poem by "writing by" KS
"

Unconditional love and a special bond between mother and child.

"
With chocolate Brown hair,
And navy blue eyes.
You came into this world,
With screams and cries.

You laid in my arms,
And I lowered my head.
Kissed your sweet smell,
As we laid on the bed.

My eldest of two,
So precious and sweet.
My tiny miracle,
I kneel at your feet.

A quarter of an hour,
To take your first breath.
I stared in awe,
As you fed from my breast.

Twenty five years,
And still you shine bright.
Making me proud,
And turning my darkness to light.

Nicola I love you,
So let it be told.
My beautiful daughter,
A sight to be-hold.

So i'll keep it brief,
Make it a bit shorter.
I love you my darling,
The bond between mother and daughter.

I love you Nicola xxx

Lovely words to your daughter, KS. I remember meeting my little girl for the first time. Such gasping wonder I experienced. She is 13 now, and I gasp, still. Angi~
