Looking in the mirror

A poem which I use as a biography

I look in the mirror and what do I see?

A weird little girl, Staring right back at me

She has dark brown hair and big brown eyes

She looks like an Asian, but with a tint of white inside

This girl is strange; she’s not an average

She doesn’t sit still, she speaks another language

But furthermore when you speak to her

She’ll try to be friends, or act like a sir

This girl isn’t normal, she doesn’t like dresses

She’s rather wear a tux, or even a fezes

When it comes to pink she'll start to complain

But when it’s green or blue she’s basically insane

“I laugh at soup,” she may say to you

Out of the random, you won’t have a clue

It may take awhile, awhile or so

To get used to this girl, who really likes pho

Or maybe you’re used to all the insane

But then I may ask you to kindly explain

Do you know anime? If not you are screwed

This girl is an otaku; you’re bound to get booed

She also loves music, and plays the violin

And on TV she loved the show shao-lin

But there are things that a mirror cannot show

Like her heart or mind, or times she could blow

Like when she’s confused to the tip of her tongue

And feels like she’s 80, although she is young

Like when love takes a turn down onto her street

And lays down a path of something deadly but sweet

Like when she feels the whole world is against her perhaps

But she’ll puts on a smile, and try not to collapse

 This girl doesn’t want to make others worry

But when they find out they seem to let out fury

She looks strong on the outside, but some know that surely

That’s most is an act, especially when she’s lonely

So this just proves that it’s not all looks

Even though the outside is where people look

So when you look in the mirror, look deep inside

For you’re the only one who can put looks aside
