My dark saviour

My dark saviour

A Poem by Jvonne

When the sun bowed down and darkness came,
I knew my life would never be the same.
You’re like a hungry wolf, in dark forests you roam;
You call to me, crying for me to come on home.
The shadows on your face, take me to a dark and lonely place
You come over me like a rushing river,
Making me fall, making me quiver.
Suffocated by the air I breath,
Wanting to go but not ready to leave.
My hands are shaking, my heads still spinning
I begin to wonder if maybe you’re winning
My hairs a mess, my eyes are distant,
But I was saved in an instant…..
