Much fun! Put a smile on my face and made me laugh. While written from the perspective of an obese person I think your poem applies to pretty much anyone. How many times do we bang our heals, our toes with pretty much anything (our feet were made for 'wear and tear', nice and sturdy :P)? Taken as a metaphor or symbolically (as someone else suggested) the 'feet' can represent many things.

I wonderful Ode' to something that we rely upon to carry us around the whole of our days.
Even though writen on the aspect of an obese individual... I think not knowing that opens the piece up for alot more esoteric interpretations... where feet may symbolize friendships, or our inner spirit, or even god for some people.
I'm a fat man, and I infer from your poetry that you are as well. It's truly obscene what we subject our faithful feet to, yet every day, supporting the weight of the world (their world, anyway!) never questioning. Shame our lovers and friends can't be so loyal, eh? HEY! Wait a minute! Could that be why we occasionally refer to our feet as "Dogs"?; Loyal, dependable, and all that...Hmmm
