The Universe is a RomanticA Story by JustinCorrigibleDeep thoughts, for no reason
Relativity suggests that very strong gravity, like that from black holes or giant stars, can noticeably slow the passage of time. How much slower would time have been before the Big Bang, when all the matter and all the energy and all the gravity of everything ever was smooshed into one place?
I bet somewhere in the center of the universe it's still there, the Big Bang; still living it's first seconds from billions of years ago, still flinging itself in every direction at once against the infinite void, which isn't as infinite as it used to be. In other words, the heart of the universe is still out there, banging against the darkness. © 2015 JustinCorrigible |
