At first I thought that you were comparing yourself to Frankenstein, and then at the end, you mention that the creator's wife has died, and I think that it then becomes a poem about the story. Personally, I think the earlier stanzas worked better because they were more personal.

I read this as a song. I don't know if that's what you intended but it works. The rhythm in this is great and it gives you a sense of the desperation the subject feels. You express the many different emotions in this so well. Great job, keep writing!
