Hell is a start

Hell is a start

A Poem by Justin Street

Why are you here
Inflicting pain
Shut up, disappear
Do I entertain

I hate you so
Why do you stalk
I’m no quid pro quo
Do not try to talk

This is my house
Go on just leave
You are not my spouse
With the lies you weave

What have you left
But my burnt heart
You’re in hell for theft
At least hell’s a start

Your emotion is amazing, as well as your diction. Sorry i just really like that word. I just joined writers cafe and out of all the people writing i have read i would have to say yours shows some of the best emotion.

Ouch. Nice. The last stanza is by far the most powerful, I love it. Fabulous job. ♥
