Like warm tea,
Making it's way
To soothe the soul...
Feeling the warmth of it
Calm the soul
And lessen the days woes;
Unraveling the tension of grief and pain
Lessening fears and deescalating prideful calamity--
Like uncaging a bird
Freeing a prisoner of love
Greeting that breath of fresh air
you've been longing for,
Like warm winds across the cheek
Welcoming love again even after it hurt...
Turning left when you know it's right...
