Bah

I've heard that life is about the moments that take your breath away...
but when that happens so seldomly,
that you have to think hard to remember them,
is that really true?

I've heard life isn't about how many breaths you take...
so then why do we take so many?
No matter how painful they may be?
Is it really true?

I've heard it's better love and lose, then to never love at all...
but then why does it hurt so badly,
to even think of loving someone else makes you sick,
so is it true?

I've heard people say so many things,
and they sound like they know what they're talking about...
They're all so wise after all,
but does that make what they say true?
