I too, toil with purpose
Caught amongst us candles in the sun
With eyes to the heavens, from whence love comes

Forever starving for kisses as soft as day break
Wishing for the unconquerable, which battles all hate

Foresight into the unseen fate of my soul
To boldly gaze upon God's plan just briefly

Above all else, I too ,seek to be seen as just a man
