Without You

Without You

A Poem by Tricia O'Brien
"

Young Recovery

"

It's been two days

Feels like years

My heart is with you

As I sit here in this empty house I close my eyes and see you

I feel your hurt I feel your worry

I feel your pain and confusion

We will be reunited soon

Keep your head up and keep the FAITH

My heart is yours to keep

The bed so cold without you

The pup lost

The energy inside of me has been drained

I pray

I cry

I try to smile

Without you it's more than a challenge

I love you
