A Million and One

This poem is a description on how society acts toward those who self harm. I believe that everybody who self harms/is depressed/has suicidal thoughts deserves a chance to be happy and to be heard. <3

I hear them sing,

I see them dance;

I see them in

Their dreary trance...

But do they know

That all is lost?

For, one small scar

Won't be discussed.

A few more scars,

They'll never notice.

A hundred scars,

I can't control this...

A thousand scars,

Goodbye forever...

A million scars,

And NOW...

"We loved her."
