I wouldn't know.

How would I tell you?

I could write a poem and send you flowers

I could run around the lawn screaming how I feel.

 

But the truth is,

That’s just not me.

I could Sing a Song out of tune

I could Dance and fall.

 

In reality I don’t love you.

But I love to be with you.

I could touch your hand

I could hold your breath.

 

I wouldn’t know.

How would I tell you?

I could show you the world

But now I can only hope that you read these words.
