The Summer Breeze

The Summer Breeze

A Poem by While the blossoms still cling

The sun filtering through the trees
The soft, musical hum of the bees
She heard the leaves crunch under her feet
She felt the heat
Her eyes filled with tears
He had been gone so many years
His memory still lingered in these trees
And woven throughout the summer breeze

A beautiful poem. I could feel the sadness and yearning for another person. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.

It's not really that detailed. Maybe if you add more lines on how much it hurts to loose someone you care about?? IDK, I am just give ideas out for you. :)

I like it. The rhythm keeps going in a bouncy, but subtle way, and the emotions really come through.
Well done!
Keep writing!
