The Girl and Her BooksA Poem by Jupiter JazzTheir was a young woman who lived in her room, She had so many books she didn't know what to do. She piled them in her closet, She stacked them in boxes. She gave them to whose-its, and whats-its, and loxes. The books piled so high, They touched the sky. So the girl learned to fly, Waited til she was up high, Then she sat in a cloud, All happy and proud, And read each and every one of her books aloud.
