Am I daydreaming, 

Have I been deceived?

Thought you were born heartless

But your freckles are gorgeous

I stare out my window

As if you were staring back at me

All I can do is idle

Till I wake up from this dream

Could this be love,

Or is it just a daydream?

Smoke and mirrors,

Static on a TV

Your texts make my heart jump

Despite how rare they are

But maybe there's a day

Where you aren't so far

I’ve fallen in love with a world

Where you love me
