"the stars in my eyes//the moon in my soul" I love this description. It wraps your reader in a soft flow of love and happiness. It's a great analogy that sits and swirls in my mind. I'm not sure how you keep that soft romantic voice and tone write after write, but I always know where to find my warm fuzzies.
you are a master of this! i really mean it girl! i have no trouble at all with reading, pausing, and sometimes STOP! ... it all flows so well ..so kudos for that ... and the intelligence and subtle sensuous passion sizzles just under the level of sight ... true love can not be real without the acceptance of each others dark and light .. i love this poem .. very fine in my opinion .. DON'T STOP! :))

Julie, So short an expression of sentiments that are, in and of themselves, so long on meaning. Exquisitely and divinely written, the bell of romance chimes as brightly as the toll of dawn. Amazing! take care...dan
the first three lines describe the most intimate form of love and likening that love to the sky wrapping you in satin sheets of night is simply gorgeous...your poetry and accompanying art work always give me reason to pause...stunning work, Julie :)

I've been writing poetry for 15 years. My poetry isn't unique in any way, but it is written from the heart.
I have trouble keeping up with everyone's poetry, so please send me rr's.
