would you hold me and not let me go

‘til dark skies that shuddered with lightning

                     would brighten

                                 painting rainbows

 

Kissing the sky like a sweet dream

                 where whip cream

                        clouds will be found…

 

If I were a raindrop

                        would you catch me

or would you let me fall to the ground?

while this one still has the air of elegant romance, it has the added layer of vulnerability that is both endearing and affecting.. you write with such grace that the reader cannot help but be swept away on dreamy clouds and waves of caressing emotion... lovely as always.. this one has me dreaming of booming thunder and sizzling lightening that lights up the sky with passionate colors drenching us in a magical mist sweet and heated.. :)
