petals scattering wildly

as the sounds of poetry trickle from passion’s lips

teasing wanting hearts

 

Night falls

 

Gather the shadows darling

Let's dance and let the breeze

carry us away

I especially love your title, something about it drew me in. And the third and fourth lines in the first stanza would be my favorite due to their meaning and imagery. Love is certainly a wonderful, yet deadly thing. But when there happen to be good times, they are definitely memories worth sharing.
