EchoesA Poem by MsJewelWhere slow waves sweep a tender shore and sands of time so gently slept holding our love forevermore on pillows soft, this dream we kept ‘til tides they rose, his sweet goodbye was lost somewhere, the cloudy sky? And while I searched the clouds of gray as soft as slow as my heartbeat that filled the space where he once stayed not empty yet, not quite complete the tears they fell, the tears they stained caught in the clouds his love remained But when the moon with languid light was softly swept with balms of spring it glistened through a cloudy night as melodies would softly sing and I could hear the lovely score a soft echo from shore to shore And it was then, the joyous shine of moonbeams danced upon the sea a veil of hope felt so divine embraced my heart, serenity The endless bounds true love will know when echoes weave a moonlit glow © 2013 MsJewelFeatured Review
