All That is Love

All That is Love

In the whisper of twilight

the sweetest passage of a song

slips into dreams

I run to you

gathered to your heart

all that is me

I float upon the strain

beating in soft repeat

a melody to my ear

peace to my soul

forever a part of me

all that is you

Embraced in the harmony

a melody that sings to us

that reverberates between our hearts

the beat of two souls

a serenade of

all that is love

Great collaboration...the lines and stanzas are really quite seamless, and that is not easy to do when writing with someone else. Your styles match up quite well. Love the imagery and the soft, almost elegantly ethereal feel of this one. I can close my eyes and image the words, which create images, which take me to places...I think your hit the mark with this one. :)

Kudo's to the two of you. Your words were obviously meant for one another, and, hopefully, you two poets will write many more lovely poems together .
