An opening set of ideas for one claim.

What is by Julian J camp.
Reality?-
Religion?-
Consciousness? -
In starting I will ask you some very serious and long thought out questions that tend to be the cornerstones of religion and science alike.
If you ask science the answer that is currently given on consciousness and therefore reality as I've grouped them together as two parts of a whole is  "  A series of sensory loops"
What is that exactly?
Well
imagine for a second.
A computer is rendering an image, little bits of information creating a form from a formless algorithm of many ones and zeros.
Information that is utterly meaningless to the observer until it has been rendered into something we can recognize with our senses.
The computer will render the image and the observer of that image would be fed back and broadcast-ed that same data only this time the bits of information would have been processed by the computer creating what you now see as the image in front of you, lets say its a red fire truck.
Amazing right?
A seemingly meaning series of information can create such a thing.
As its programmed to do so.
In a similar way,we humans are said to operate.
This phenomena happens right before our eyes quite actually.
That is how I would try and define sensory loops without giving you an exact definition.
For as it stands  I do not believe one currently exist.
Its said that consciousness works in this way.
However that doesn't quite satisfy some people.
Based on this next argument it could quite simply be false depending on what you believe or who you talk too.
Especially if lets say you subscribe to the idea that reality is simply an illusion or some kind of drawn out hyper hallucinogenic dream.
That is just a more scientific almost neurological way of looking at what is consciousness and therefore reality.
That is if you imagine the outside world as an external "Real" entity separate from "You"
I say you in quotations based solely on the fact that your ego doesn't necessarily define what is YOU.
Lets continue on into the next chapter in looking what the other side of this is.

I'm not really sure what to think. I want to offer a critique like I normally do, but it wouldn't seem fitting, as you're not really attempting to tell a story with characters or plot.

That's not a bad thing. You can write whatever you want to write about.

I'm all for asking the big questions. A lot can be learned of one self with philosophical thinking, but the way it's presented didn't really entertain me. I think it's lacking charisma/entertainment needed for such topic when speaking to an audience.

For an example, you start out your book with the line, "In starting I will ask you some very serious and long thought out questions that tend to be the cornerstones of religion and science alike."

Some people might be into that, I'm not.

You basically said, "Do you know what boredom feels like? No? Well let me teach you."

Sure. You want to be up front with the material. I get it, but your not going to entertain people like me that way---and EDUCATION can still be ENTERTAINING.

I feel as though it would be very beneficial for you to watch how an entertaining educator presents topics. Youtube is great for this.

As for the topic at hand. It's interesting. A lot of scifi dealing AI poses these type of questions to the audience, and they do it without an opening statement of "This movie is going to have a lard of hard questions."

Keep it up :)

Oh goodness! This one is too technical for my taste but I appreciate this work as it enlightened me of some things about our memory, mind and similar things. I hope I could read more of this as the subject is quite interesting and thought-provoking.
