My Dear Lover,

a poem i wrote before my ex broke up with me...that sucked

My dear lover,
The one who saved me from myself
Who has shown me who i really am,
Who help make me who i am today
Who made me better myself
I'm so glad i found you
it was fate that has brought us together,
You will remain in my heart no matter what happens,
Yet everything i do wrong breaks and tears us apart
Please don't let me ruin such a perfect thing that we have
Forgive me...I'm still learning about the ways of love...

Julia, such a heartfelt plea. have more confidence in yourself. It is good if he brought out the some good things in you, but the key is that these things 'were within you'. he did not create them. love can make each and everyone of us stumble at times. we must always remain true to ourselves and maintain that confidence in our abilities.
