Moments

Have you ever enjoyed a moment or an evening with someone and it goes by in the blink of an eye? Then have you ever tried to stretch those moments into a million so that you can enjoy them forever?

I was so in the moment

Trying to spread one second

Into a million

So I didn't have to let go

And in that time

I forgot to breathe

I am sure you meant breathe but the misspelling just sort of slightly messed with my reading of your poem however that's the ONLY reason I gave it a 98 and not a 100. Simple yet stellar I found this piece to be very beautiful and I loved how you tied those words, so few and strong ,together. Fantastic!

Did you realize that time is an illusion not many use in heaven but God humors us because down here almost everything depends on time but God. Make your seconds in microseconds and stay there all day. That's about what they do in heaven. Neat eh?
