PerfectionA Poem by JuliaOne of the hardships of life.
I've been made fun of for as long as I can remember.
Elementary & middle school is where I see it as a more understandable place to happen. But high school? I would have thought people would have grown out of it. And it's not just kids in my grade level or older! Quite a few freshmen enjoy tormenting me. It's really stupid. I know I'm overweight And I don't look as pretty as celebrities or models. They tell me I'm not, and never will be, perfect. But, you know what? I don't care. Dressinglooking like famous women never really appealed to me. Sure there are somethings about myself I wouldn't mind changing, But other than that I'm happy with who I am. There are people who like me for who I am and genuinely care about me. So, you can point out my flaws all you want, As long as I have my loved ones, It won't matter at all. © 2017 JuliaAuthor's Note
