Seeking

Seeking

A Poem by Judy Ponceby

"
I wander the catacombs
weary and alone.

In the infernal heat
I perspire.

A journey perpetuated
by an uncanny ability
to feel the
estuary
of
superstition
and
supernatural.

Lead to
the deeper mystery
of
reality versus perception,

where

we question

Truth.

I love this poem. You have used the word quite well. This takes me on a journey through the mind of perception. I love the images.

I see this word bank would be a challenge to do as well, you did very well with it and I love the part about perception being reality.

Pilate once asked that question when truth stood before him. Some miss the forest for the trees. But even Pilate was wise enough to declare he found no fault. The reality is that solid matter is not solid. Ask any molecular physicist and he will gladly prove it to you. But you still believe it IS solid...Your perception IS your reality...to YOU. Interesting write.
