Faith Eclipsed

Faith Eclipsed

A Poem by Judy Ponceby
"

For Creative Poetry

"
Eclipse-cast
shadows
decimate the subservient.
Ravishing their belief
of the Sun God.
Impression of loss
on each
upturned face
obscures once
resonant voices
of joy.
Voracious fear
gnaws
at the
faithful.
