Leash-walking My FrogA Poem by Judy PoncebyFor Lily Mae..... :) ribbit
My fine friend froggy and I
like to walk beneath the starry sky. At the sight of his new leash his eyes bulged big as he took in the meaning of that awful green rig. But out we went to walk that night With the stars shining so beautiful and bright. Froggy and I were hopping right along, and he was singing a froggy kinda song. When I fell right over a big ole branch Causing me to swear and my face to blanch. As I fell down upon my knee he took his opportunity and slipped away hopping on down to his girl-frog Dee. They sang beautiful music in the light of the moon. Chorusing lovingly to their own special tune. © 2011 Judy PoncebyReviews
