Sunshine, sunshineA Poem by LovermcflyA short experience in time, she was my muse.
Sunshine, starlight.
The dew sparkles on your face. Like moon rust, stardust. Soft dreams, sweet memories. Left freckles on your face. An introvert but the words. Like a professor, that has a Dr or a PHD. When you speak of what you love. Sorry you're not a dove. But you do remind me of a bird that I do love. It's on the top of my tongue. Oh, what's the name? Do you remember the last words I was saying? Nevermind, so anyways. It'll come to me some other day. Sunshine, morning time. A slight morning breeze. I hear a soft high pitch sneeze. Didn't know allergies could sound so sweet. A buzzing bee. People are finally busseling. Lost souls wide awake. Sobering up from last night's take. Still a smile on both face. Take a side glance and the clock says it's only 8. Sunshine, summertime. Lovers eyes shift and the body quakes. It's a hunger, it's a thirst. Not a mistake. Like the moon, like the sun.. Everybody needs a break. A hand pulling at the waste, an innocent loving embrace. Lips part with whispers. Goodnights, dreams and please remembers. Two souls embrace. Stop the mind laps. Eye lids collapse. That Summertime. She was a cancer on my heart, And I knew that s**t right from the start I swear to God, I thought, I couldn't be apart. Cause I remember that one time. That sunny, summer time. © 2018 LovermcflyAuthor's Note
