Something's Off

A little blues for the soul

There's something off about her eyes,
a look of anger and despise,
she doesn't like it when I analyze,
and I agree - it isn't wise.

There's something off about her hair,
she doesn't like it when I stare,
I should ignore it, shouldn't care,
but I don't think that's really fair.

There's something off about her teeth,
and in my mind there's no relief,
her imperfections cause me grief,
she doesn't like this whole motif.

She doesn't like it at all when
I'm lesser than her biggest fan,
I guess she doesn't understand,
there's something off about her man.
