Tomorrow

Tomorrow

A Poem by Y.F.

What can you say
when you run out of words,
when you feel dead and empty inside?

What can you feel
when you're floating away,
and prefer your emotions to hide?

What do you think
when you just cannot stop
and all subjects just seem like taboo?

What do you drink
when the bottle is empty
and all that's left standing is you?

How do you curse
when all has been said,
yet rage is still rumbling inside?

Can it get any worse?
The mind has gone lost
and your soul is in search of a guide.

Will you reach out,
or keep drowning yourself
in a pool of regret and of sorrow?

What do you say -
Will you do it for me
and will I still see you tomorrow?

Great poem. Seems like my way of thinking sometimes.

A excellent poem. The questions of the next day are rarely known till the day is upon us. Life would be better if we knew the end result before we started. You ask many good questions in this poem. I believe without knowing pain. We wouldn't appreciate sweetness. A very good ending to a very good poem. Thank you.
