Who are you?

Why do you follow?

How do I escape from your darkness,

your sorrow?

 

I've seen you around,

there's no point in denying,

no point disappearing

into your hiding.

 

Leave!

You're not welcome!

 

As light strikes you banish

or hide right behind,

I may not be smart

but I'm surely not blind.

 

Just let me be,

just leave me alone,

though I'll probably miss you

once that you're gone.
