In my time I have seen many things
I've even partaken in a few scandals
I was featured in magazines throughout the world
Young and old lusted after me
Many sought out my conquest.
Yes I was quite a sight to see in my prime.
There were posters of me hung on every wall
How I wish to be young again.
When the world was within my reach.
To be young...to be young
To have the energy and stamina that I used to.
Where me and my lady would enjoy our toys.
None could with stand my charms.
My hair...oh my beautiful hair
Back in those days it was soft and curly
Or when I went bald and cut it all off
My scalp was smooth and fresh
Softer than cotton.
The trick time played on me was cruel
Oh how I hate the hands of time.
My body used to be sleek...warm
A perfect place for all my friends
We could really party my friends and I.
When I was young and the hands of time were on my side.
But now I have grown old and tired
My body is worn down and tired.
My lovers often complain about how dry it is around me.

All I am left with now are the memories of my time.

Of a time where I was young and I owned the stage.

To be young…to be young

How I wish to be young…if just for one more day
