Siren. That I LoveA Poem by -poet-She The silent siren Draws my attention Without a song Without an image Without a voice
Begging
Purity Purity Purity
She calls to my heart by the very breath she breathes Her tongue muted From the lies she would cry out to me
Crying
Save me Save me Save me
The truth of what she could say Holds weight beyond the strength of the words that frame her silent cry Yet I will love her
Love her Love her Love her
If only to free her voice And be dashed upon the rocks -Poet- © 2011 -poet-Author's Note
