Why did my friend have to flee and not hear my plea?

He's in my head, 
But I know he's dead, 
I don't know why he left my world,

It was ours to share, 
But he left me behind, 
because he died. 

I want him to come back, 
To keep me on track, 
To let his life flow through the world, 
He never got to see, 
And to the person, 
He never got to be. 

I want to scream out, 
In pain, 
Every damned day, 
"WHY DID YOU LEAVE ME BEHIND?"
"WHY COULDN'T YOU OF At Least said goodbye...?" 
Why couldn't I save you? 
Maybe I'm the one,
That left you behind... 

No! 
You would yell at me, 
It's not your fault! 
But if your parents didn't see it,
How could I? 
How could I see the pain you fought, 
The misery that overwrought, 
I'm sorry I let you slip away, 
I wish you were with me, 
even to this day. 

But my wish will never be seen, 
Because you are gone from thee, 
You will never hear my plea, 
Because you died, 
Those, 
Four years ago, 
because you felt alone, 
Inside,

Why did you disappear?

Its always sad to know when a soul fades, but if you listen closely at life, you can see them everywhere you go, in the mornings and nights, when awake and sleep. There is always a hint of that special person grabbing to the wind, flying all 4 corners.
