I was scared I'd be here forever

Trapped in your decietful darkness

Never seeing honest light again

You brought me down

Piece by piece everyday

Until there was nothing in this soul left to take

Now you don't want me anymore

Cuz theres nothing left to break!

Since you left

I've slowly built my courage. . .my strength

Everyday I've been putting back together the pieces of myself that you broke

I'm almost there

The light shines brighter and brighter each day

I'm almost free!

No longer the girl you broke and left in darkness. . . .
