Math Problems

Count the steps
1 for every moment
2 for every second
3 for every truth 
4 for every heart breaking lie
5 for the happiest cries
6 for the long kiss goodbye with a teary sigh

Life is but a canvas 
you paint the pictures with your heart
Take the worst of what's become of the shortest amount
divide them equally apart
Until you come to deciding road
Which path will you choose
To find that never ending flow

When I saw the title I was worried because I thought this was about math...but I read it and i'm glad i did. You wrote a lovely poem. Great imagery and use of math.
