AtlasA Poem by SolidadDedicated to my husband Joel. "I will love you today as I did yesterday..."
I will love you today
as I did yesterday, Chasing your ghost to the river Styx. Diving in head first, I celebrate the the love you bore. Building me from the ground up; pillars of romanced dreams supporting the stitch work of my reality. Carrying the liquid of my secrets, with both hands cupped together. Falling into the gravitational pull, of your heart. "The warmest place, the sun never shone." Spindles of my forever unraveled for you. As you left the world to orbit on its own. By merely gazing at me, through your blue topaz pupils. © 2011 SolidadReviews
