Mr. & Mrs.

Mr. & Mrs.

A Poem by Solidad
"

To my husband Joel, to you forever from me to you.

"
Breathe me.
Even as my bones refuse you.

Pull back my veil and graze my kindred spirit,
As I wrap my heart around your name.

Enveloping a stoic bliss,
You brush your fingertips down my sternum.

Hurt no more as I kiss your eyelids,
a token of my affection.

Bound by trust,
even as angels speak through floods.

This is another beautiful piece. It's amazing the way you construct your work and the word choices you use so that in so few words you communicate so much

This poem makes me want to just dawn armor...
take up my claymore...mount my trusty steed..
and ride valiantly into battle......

To fight for love!
